Csn Group takes full responsibility for the maintenance of all its properties for the first 2 years after construction. This however, will be a paid service that is not included in the cost of the property. The estate management will take care of, and is responsible for all maintenance activities. After 2 years, the maintenance of the building is handed over to the respective societies managed by the occupants of the respective buildings.
This policy applies to all properties developed or managed by the Csn Group and helps in

• Keeping the residents conscious of cleanliness and hygiene
• Increasing the resale/ lease /rental value of the property
• Encouraging faster resale
